Pilates Mat Class

 

 

60 min Group Pilates Class

Get Active and involved with a group fitness class – a great total body workout for all ages and fitness levels. 

Entry level participants are welcome, as there is no running or jumping in this class.

This a workout designed to optimize your muscle strength, flexibility and endurance. Pilates classes encompass a total body conditioning method that simultaneously strengthens and stretches your entire body. Pilates will help you increase your abdominal, hip and back strength, improve your posture and help reduce daily stress and tension. Make sure you reserve your place early - these classes fill up fast!

60 min mat pilates @ your place 

Be personaly trained, or organise a group of friends for a pilates class.

In the comfort of you own space, indoors, outdoors, grassed or paved as long as it is a shaded space with enough room for a mat or if you have a training buddy; two mats.

 

Every time I see you I will advance you and constantly challenge you, whatever your needs may be.

Pilates mat exercises are a combination of the original exercises designed by Joseph Pilates as well as new physiotherapy based exercises.

 

Personal training, personalised exersices in your own personal space. 

All Equipment is included. Please bring a towel water and wear clean socks
